Hole In Bottle

What you need:

1. 2 liter bottle
2. water
3. and something to poke a hole in the bottle

What to do:

1. Fill the bottle with water
2. put the cap on
3. and poke a hole in the bottle not much water comes out
4. Then unscrew the cap
5. post a comment to tell me what happens
   

crystal glass cup

What you need:

1. Crystal glass cup
2. Water

What to do:

1. Put water in the cup (doesn't matter how much).
2. Dip your finger in the water and move around the rim of the cup a couple times.

Orange Juice and Baking soda

What you need:

1. film canester
2. Orange Juice
3. Baking Soda or Baking Powder
4. goggles if you have them
   

What to do:

1. Put baking soda or baking powder in the film canester
2. Then put the orange juice in and really quick put the cap on and set it down and move back 2-3 meters
   

You should do this experiment outside.

poking a skewer through a balloon

What you need:

1. a balloon
2. a skewer

What to do:

1. Blow up the balloon and tie it
2. take the skewer and poke it through the top of the balloon (the top should be darker than the rest of the balloon)

Bending Water

What you need:

1. A nylon comb
2. A water faucet

What to do:

1. Turn the faucet on softly
2. run the comb through your hair
3. put the comb about an inch away from the water and 3-4 inches from the faucet
4. leave a comment to tell me what happened-if it ever stopped working-and why you think it happened
   

raisins in pop

What you need:
1.Raisins
2.pop (sprite is the best because you can see the raisins)
3.Clear cup
What to do:
1.Put the pop into the cup (about half way)
2.Put 5-10 raisins in and watch what happens

Making a Battery

All you need is a copper strip and a zinc strip, blotter paper, a rubber band, grain of wheat light bulb, this blue solution called copper sulfate.

So what you do is put the copper strip on one side of the blotter paper and the zinc strip on the other and make sure their not touching otherwise it won't work. Once you have them lined up put a rubber band around them and bend the other end of the copper and zinc strips. After you do that put the grain of wheat light bulb wires on the copper and the zinc and tape them there. After that put the side with the rubber band on it in the blue solution and the light bulb should light up. (you might have to push on the wires to make the light bulb light up.)

Making slime 2

To make this you need Guar gum, water, colored water, and borax.
So what you do is put 100ml of colored water in a container and then add 1/4 ml of guar gum and stir until it is all dissolved.
In a separate cup mix water and borax and pour 10ml of that in the other cup. Now you have slime.

Making Slime

All you need is Borax, Water, and Glue (School Glue)
The first thing you do is add water ( 1 cup) and 1 tps of borax. Stir until it is disolved.
Then in another cup mix 1/2 a cup of glue and 1/2 a cup of water
Then mix both solutions.
Then get all the extra water out.
And if you want you can add food coloring.
Then your done.

making crystals out of alum

To make crystals out of alum you need alum, water and 2 rocks. What you do is add alum to a cup of water and stir it until it dissolves. Then put the 2 rocks in. After a couple days it will form crystals.

Salt Crystals

This is a very easy way to make crystal. All you do is put salt in a very little amount of water and let it evaporate.
Isn't that easy?

Oil & Water

I'm sure you all know what happens but I'm going to tell you any way. OK so what you do is mix oil(any kind of oil) and water and tell me what happens.

Lifesaver Lab

To do this experiment you need 2 beakers, 2 kinds of liquid, and 2 lifesavers. What to do: fill one beaker with one liquid and the other with the other liquid. Then put a lifesaver in each beaker and wait until it dissolves. How long does it take for each one to dissolve? Leave a comment to tell me how long it takes for each one to dissolve.

Volume Venture

To do this experiment you need a measuring cup, 3 test tubes, and 3 different colors of food coloring, and water half way full in each test tube. Put 1 color of food coloring in 1 test tube then the others in the other 2. Then you mix 2 colors together to make another color.
Try mixing red and blue together and tell me your answer.

Cartesian Divers

To do this experiment you need a 2 liter pop bottle (empty) and a dropper and thats basically it.
What to do:
The first thing you do is fill the bottle with water then you put the dropper in and put the cover on.
